See billing charges & pay invoices

All billing charges can be shared with clients via the portal, including invoices and the ability to pay them.  You can choose what to share via the portal. 

Monitor case progress & sample shipping status

Clients can monitor the progress of case work including which stage it is in. They can also see when samples arrive at the lab via the integrated tracking.

Upload relevant docs, images and more

Any relevant photos, past lab work, and other docs can be easily uploaded when cases are submitted and as needed. 

Receive reports and results via email AND the portal - 

Clients can review results reports, ask additional questions and even forward reports directly to others from the portal.
